At 5'5", 115 may not be a healthy weight for you. That is quite thin!

Remember that muscles and fat *both* contribute to your weight, and muscle will weigh more than the same amount of fat. Instead of worrying about a number on a scale, it will be better to tryt o get fit by making sure that you can do vigorous exercise for an hour and you do not have too much fat. Regardless, you should not lost more than 2lbs a week. Your doctor can help you to set some healthy goals.

It is not really possible to target a particular part of your body for fat loss. You have to lose fat in general all over. One of the best exercise is just running. If you run for an hour or so every day, you should get plenty of exercise. You can listen to music while you do it, and if you have a treadmill, then you could even watch tv at the same time.

Good luck to you. Also, don't worry too much. Try to stay as active as possible, and don't worry about the numbers on the scale.
