Im 13 and weigh 125 punds and want to lose weight without parents knowing because im going to a new schoo and wnt to drop at least 15-20 pounds before August you relize its a while so you wanna start?

Exercise more...but moderately, don't do anything that will put your health at risk. Cut out unhealthy snacking...tell them you don't want them to buy you snacks for the week like cookies and/or chips...eat more vegetables...these things might seem like they'll take a while, but they won't. It will be gradual, but you have enough time to lose the weight in a healthy weight. We've all tried diets, but when you get older you'll understand that if you really want to lose the weight you'll need to readjust your eating habits for the better...as far as your parents go, tell them you want to be healthier, you don't need to sneak around and try to lose weight quick with a dangerous diet.
