Im 13 and your boyfriend wants to makeout and of corse he has done it before and you have not and you dont know how to makeout and you dont want him to think that you dont know what im doing any help?

First of all make sure you really want to do this with him. Apparently he doesn't make you feel like it's ok if you don't know, so you may want to wait until you find someone who gives you the feeling that he loves you the way you are. Plus, most guys will appreciate it and feel special if you tell them you saved your first time doing that for them. So if you get to the conclusion that he is that one you want to make out with for your first time, tell him the truth and that you decided you want it to be him. If he doesn't like that, he's really not worth your time.

And don't be scared to tell him if you want tongue or not because if your not ready to do it then it will be really awkward...
Trust me worrying about it is far worst then actually DOING it.
