I do the same! i am 13, 4'11 and 90 pounds. It depends how tall you are for you're age, but we both definitely have low self esteem and if you skip meals than you could be the seed to an eating disorder. What i mean by that is your starting to have an eating disorder known as anorexia. Try to stay healthy!
No, as that is a sign of the dangerous and often deadly eating disorder known as anorexia nervosa.
Take it from one who's been there, an eating disorder is NOT something you want!! Eating disorders can cause damage to your heart, esophagus, stomach, intestines, teeth (they can make your teeth fall out), and many other body parts. They can be fatal. They make a person's appearance go downhill rapidly. To this day I have stomach and digestive problems because of an eating disorder. Once I ended up in the emergency room with an esophageal spasm, a spasm of the esophagus, because of purging. Please do not go down that path. MorbidHunger: You can't "gain" or "make yourself" get an eating disorder its is a Mental illness. This is like saying "how do I make myself get schizophrenia/bipolar/autism spectrum disorder/etc?"...you cant. It develops over many many years usually starting in childhood/early adolescence.
It could mean several things - 1) A binge eating disorder. The following is from the Mayo-Clinic website. Binge-eating disorder is a serious eating disorder in which you frequently consume unusually large amounts of food. Almost everyone overeats on occasion, such as having seconds or thirds of a holiday meal. But for some people, overeating crosses the line to binge-eating disorder and it becomes a regular occurrence, shrouded in secrecy. When you have binge-eating disorder, you may be deeply embarrassed about gorging and vow to stop. But you feel such a compulsion that you can't resist the urges and continue binge eating. Although binge-eating disorder is the most common of all eating disorders, it's still not considered a distinct psychiatric condition. But if you have binge-eating disorder symptoms, treatment can help you. 2) Hormonal imbalances that could lead to fatty-food cravings (high ghrelin). These hormonal balances could also cause some of the depression you feel when you consider how you look and the lengths you want to take to look better and the unrealistic standards you are holding yourself to. There is hope. It won't make you look better quickly, but it can help with the food cravings and slight depression and it is healthy and medically safe. B-Complex vitamins help control hormonal balances in the brain and they have actually helped me overcome over-eating, cravings, and depression. They also help boost the metabolism ;)
Because your damaging your body by forcing yourself to throw up, it's not a natural thing to do and can even cause cancer, you should see a Doctor and try to get over the eating disorder before it's too late
yeah having been there myself what worked for me was I confided in someone i could trust and asked them to help me they helped me plan a healthy diet and an exercise plan for later when i was up to it they also made sure i didn't relapse and they helped me face my demons about myself
Yes, Being a criminal with Obessive Compulsive Disorder myself, I should know. Added; It is VERY unlikely!

Yes, the Gainer phenomenon, where individuals purposefully gain weight, is being recognized and studied as a type of disordered eating behavior. Researchers are investigating the factors that contribute to this phenomenon, such as psychological and societal influences, and exploring its potential impact on individuals' physical and mental health.
I need to inhibit myself from eating too many cookies.
That depends on what you are counting numbers for. If you are counting numbers to fall asleep, then you do not have a disorder. If you are counting numbers to yourself to do math, then you do not have a disorder. The previously listed are all things commonly done by over half of the human population, and is completely normal.
Some men--myself included--find a little fat in that region attractive.
