Just say that you would like to get together and do something with her. (It is better if you have something specific to do) This way all she has to want is to do it with you and you don't have to get into liking or loving at the start -- just do.

no offence to the person who wrote above but if u ask any guy a=he would definently not say anything like that unless he doesnt mind the embaracment and pressure from everyone else. my suggestion is tstart a conversation about something that both u and her have in common and keep going at the conversation until she finds u really interesting and then start say somelittle thing that might give u w=away a bit but just enough so she gets the hint and then ask her that way she isn't really shocked and doesnt no what to say instead she should started getting that uve been asking her out the whole time and she will be more kind in her response
