Personally I would say go for it! Don't wait around to see if she "likes you" or not. Just go up one day, sit next to her, and start talking to her. Then at the end, you can make a move if you think you two have something in common. Ultimately it comes down to this...girls like confidence. Life is short. And also...you're GOING to fail in life. But its not about that, its about persistence and overcoming adversity. If you get knocked down, get back up. The only way to know is to TALK to her. If you do and she doesn't like you, then it's a learning experience and provides a great opportunity to GET BACK UP.
