You're probably seeing colostrum which comes in before milk, and that is normal. Milk comes in a few days after the baby is born.

Have you been pregnant before? With my first, I lactated at 5months and was not expecting it so it freaked me out. My second time I started lactating at two months. Im sure its normal.
