It is a good idea to see your family doctor. They can help alot. They will tell you which foods to eat and which to cut back on and how active you should be as a 13 year old. Most of all do it to be healthy. Don't do it because of peer pressure. Be happy with who you are
First of all I would like to say, this much of weight loss in such a short period of time is not all healthy.
Consume 900 calories per a day in 3 meals, 300 calories from each meal.
Restrict yourself to avoid junk food, oily foods and sodas.
Take plenty of water, it would be 10-12 glasses per a day.
Consume Green Coffee Extract 2-3 times in day.
Consume more and more negative calorie foods.
Spend fair amount of time in working outs especially in Cardio.
You can lose 40 pounds in 4 months by cutting your calories. You also want to make sure that you are exercising at least 4 times a week.
