If you are Muslim and he/she is a good person almost Muslim, ex(no steeling,No lieing) But if he is not a good person but you are you need to divorce him or you will go down with him. Like if he sales beer and you eat with the money he payed for from selling beer that bad. If you are not Muslim go ahead marry a hobo it doesnt matter.
