Ok. Same thing happened to me when I was about your age. First things first. Makeup. Guys like makeup on girls. It's just a fact, no matter how much you don't want it to be. Look it up. Anyways, On the day you are planning to ask him, you should get one of your girlfriends to make fun of him. Kinda like all stupid and jokey, but enough to hurt his feelings a bit, this sounds awful lol but i promise it'll work. After he feels kinda bad, you go up to him and ask him. And he'll be so flattered there's no way he could say no. lol
