I can't exactly tell you HOW because it's not math; We don't deal here with numbers but people. Well, try to think of her as a boy. Would a boy that's trying to flirt with you would do the same things she does? If it's so you ought to talk to her.
Ask her what her opinion about gays and lesbians and if she ever considered dating a girl. Then get straight to the point and speak about your feelings and intuitions...
Know that she could have been just friendly with you or she would want to date you. Either way remember your friendship is the most important thing here and you don't want to lose it. Then make your own choices.
