Im a tennager and i have a bra size of 34D. I want to make my breasts smaller but without killing myself. What should i do?

I agree, 34D is not that big. It is a very nice size, and when you are older you will realize that, and appreciate them.

I’ve had similar sized breast since was 14 and I always hated my body for it because I felt oversexualized at too young and age. I imagine you feel uncomfortable because of similar reasons. I am 23 now and am slowly learning to accept my body since Its the only one I’ll ever have. I hope you can grow to love your body the way I have been.

However, there are exercises you can do that will reduce the amount of fat in the chest area and replace it with muscle, so you maybe can lower the size a little bit. I haven’t tried, honestly because I am lazy, but you can try if you wish. They involve things like push ups and bench pressing, but you also need to do a lot of cardio to minimize fat all around your body for this to work as much as possible.

Regardless, I don’t know you, but you’re probably beautiful just the way you are, girl. :) just wear clothes you’re comfortable in and remember that your body is your own and no one else’s opinion about it matters but your own.
