You have three choices;
1. Ignore your problem and try to be happy the way your are (you might not actually be a 'whale', body dysmorphia is more common than people think, try checking your weight on a height weight chart and calculating your BMI before deciding to try and loose weight)
2. If you actually are overweight, restrict calories to around 1500 a day, make sure plenty of this comes from fruit and veg and good carbohydrates like brown rice and be sure to eat a balanced, healthy diet. Bread contains far more calories than people think so limit this and replace with rice cakes, replace full fat milk with skimmed or semi-skimmed, cut down on the amount of butter you use and try to keep active and busy during the day (you should be doing around 5 hours worth of exercise a week)
3. If you're an adult and have some money spare, Liposuction or a gastric band/sleeve.

No. It maybe hard, but if you keep eating healthy and exercise you will eventually lose weight. There are no shortcuts.

okay im 17 and im trying to lose weight. but its hard to lose that amount in a week especially at your age its unhealthy. lose weight little at a time. eat the right foods go for walks, jog with some friends and be active that's key in losing weight. Hope this helpss

each morning try to get up 1 hour early and take a 20min run also try to be vibrant and get involved with p.e at school and at lunch time that's how i did it.
