im in ketosis but I've only lost about 3 lbs in two weeks my carbs are less then 20 grams and ive limited my calorie intake to about 2000 and ive been walking about an hour a day at a brisk pace and riding a staionary bike for a half hour a day i need some help.

There is a few things you can do when not losing weight even after doing exercises. You can go talk to your doctor and see if there is an issue with you losing weight.
if you would like to lose fat in 4 days its NEVER going to happen. your pretty dumb just so you know. but i mean if you really want start losing weight & have trouble then i guess become the biggest pill popper ever. if taken adderall, that works but be carefull. i smoke pot and im losing weight as i go. have fun and be safe.

Okay so i was trying to lose weight so i was on about a 1,200 calorie diet now i have met the weight that i like. How do i increase my calories back up to a healthy amount to maintain my weight and stop losing. you are not really doing anything except sitting down. try doing things that require you to be more active.
okay im 17 and im trying to lose weight. but its hard to lose that amount in a week especially at your age its unhealthy. lose weight little at a time. eat the right foods go for walks, jog with some friends and be active that's key in losing weight. Hope this helpss
