What I believe you are trying to say is that you know you and a guy both like each other, but he's too scared to confront you because you have medical problems. Well, show him that your medical problems don't slow you down! Play sports, or if you are unable to, do something you love and get noticed for it in a good way. always be cheerful and positive (but not too much) and he'll realize that you are someone he wants to be with, even with your medical problems.
