Im on a diet but only losing 3 pounds a week. what can i do to lose about a pound a day but still a safe diet safe please help?

wow honesty that's great losing 3 pounds but i personally think that you have to want it. Try a gym not floor excersieces and eat leean meat fruit and veggies couant carbs! just kididng Best fo luck
