Im really shy and its hard to talk to girls how do you become not shy?

first off, how old are you? sometimes people become more outgoing over time. Just find someone that your really comfortable to be around. Or try to do or say something that puts you out of your comfort zone. don't worry about what someone might think of you. If you just smile more at people then that shows that you are friendly. that's what I did my freshman year, and I got lots of friends; just by smiling!
