Get used to it: nothing is certain in life! Not the weather, not your job, not your relationships. There are no guarantees in this world. Things that work today, might not work tomorrow. Just because you love a guy does not buy you his faithfulness. Look at it this way: if he loves me, I must be worthwhile. So isn't it logical that, if this man loves me, someone else will, sooner or later?
The worst thing that you can do, is to convey to him that you're scared that he'd leave you. That will feel to him like a chokehold. There is little that is certain in life. That's the way things are. To be scared about a break-up when in a relationship is denying that fact.
