they call it Romeo and Juliet....it's a hardened quava paste slic of ed and served with a slice of queijo de minas, cheese made in the state of Minas Gerais. It's a delicate tasting cheese, but has presence and combined with the sweet and gritty guava it's actually rather tasty....if not this , it's avocado pudding
