Yes. As long as all amulets worn at the same time are to bring about positive energies (apposed to blocking the evil eye it could bring protection). You wouldn't want to wear a "blocking" amulet and an "attraction" (Ex."bring me ______") amulet together, because the "blocker" could block the desired effect of the "attracting" amulet.
