I was arrested in May 2010 for this, went to court and pleaded guilty. Was fined 700 dollars and had points taken off my license. This however was my first driving offence and was in Paulding county. i also had to pay 300 dollars for bail. You can receive upto 1 year jail term depending on your history.
fines
If you get pulled over by a cop and do not have your Motorcycle endorsement it is a criminal charge and will need an lawyer to help you... so if u do get pulled over and all this does happen ( which happened to me ) you need to go to a motor cycle training course and after that get your Endorsement and the charges MAY be dropped depending on your driving history and the judge.
It is important to have a license before driving a motorcycle. The penalty for driving a motorcycle without a license can be a fine to pay or a few hours in jail.
The biggest penalty for driving without a motorcycle license in Virginia is a fine. This is likely coupled with the fine of whatever reason you were pulled over.
A person caught driving a motorcycle without the proper license would have to pay a fine that could cost between $80 and $100. To have this fine dropped they can go get their license to drive a motorcycle.
Typically, 36mph in a 30 zone will get you a fixed penalty notice which is £100 and 3 endorsement points. If it is your first speeding offence, you may be offered the option of a speed awareness course instead, you will have to pay for the course but your driving licence will not be endorsed.
Driving without a license, or without the appropriate license, is a misdemeanor offense in Georgia, punishable by a maximum of 1 year in jail and $1,000 fine. You will probably be arrested at the scene and allowed out on bail. If it is your first offense, you will probably be ordered to pay a fine and not serve any additional jail time when you appear in court.
I do not know PA laws but here in FL if your license is suspended then it holds true for any vehicle, and not having a valid motorcycle license is going to add to the charges.

In the UK you will receive a 'fixed penalty ticket'. If you accept the fixed penalty, you will pay £60 and receive a 3-point licence endorsement. If you go to court, you may receive a fine of up to £1,000 and 6 penalty points. If the total points on your licence exceed 12 (including those for this offense) you will be disqualified from driving.
