If you get pulled over by a cop and do not have your Motorcycle endorsement it is a criminal charge and will need an lawyer to help you... so if u do get pulled over and all this does happen ( which happened to me ) you need to go to a motor cycle training course and after that get your Endorsement and the charges MAY be dropped depending on your driving history and the judge.

In the state of Florida you need a special endorsement on your drivers license in order to ride and rent a motorcycle. You must also take and pass a basic rider course to get the endorsement.
no you can not. In Florida you have to have endorsement on license before you can legally ride a motorcycle
Go down to your local Florida DMV and apply for either a Motorcycle Endorsement if you already have a Florida drivers license or a Motorcycle only license if that is all you want. You will have to take the Class E drivers test and complete the Basic Riders Course in order to get the license. In order to get an endorsement you will also have to have complete the Florida Rider Program.
yes you do need it if you want to
Yes. The Florida basic rider course offered through private agencies includes a riding test at the end of the course. If you pass, you receive your endorsement and just have to go to the DMV to get a new drivers license that shows you are endorsed. Just to be safe, check the course description to see if the endorsement is included.
You need a regular Florida car drivers licence AND a Motorcycle endorsement. (Motorcycle licence)

I asked and the answer is no. It is considered an extension of the motorcycle. But make sure it has lights and that passenger is wearing a helmet The question wasn't does a sidecar rig require a "special" endorsement The question was "does the state of NJ require a motorcycle endorsement for a sidecar". The answer is YES. to operate a motorcycle with a sidecar you must have a motorcycle endorsement
Yes, a motorcycle endorsement is added to an existing driver's license, making it a motorcycle license. The terms are interchangeable, except at the DMV.
