Lots of people join World War 1 as most of them where Patriotic, which meant that if they died in a co use of a war (that they are fighting, in the honour of their country), they would be happy to do it for their nation.

In World War I, governments used various methods of persuasion to encourage people to join the war effort. Propaganda played a crucial role in shaping public opinion and fostering a sense of patriotism. It included posters, newspapers, and speeches that emphasized the importance of national duty, honor, and defending one's country. Additionally, economic incentives and social pressure, such as peer pressure or societal expectations, also motivated people to enlist.
