More "VOLUME" flowing from the tub spout then the shower head as the shower head has a flow restrictor
It doesn't but you better run sir/madam their may be a ghost in your bathroom.
Could be bad washers and they need to be replaced or something broke in the handle of the faucet.

To ch'k the drain fill tub about 1/2 full without running the tub faucet next plug shower head and tub spout turn water on this will ch'k faucet Next run water on shower doors this is where the majority of leaks are found water running out and down the corner of the unit If tiled also ch'k tile grout.
They both run
It means that you should sell your home and move far away! No jk If its your faucet that is dripping I think in time your faucet needs repaired or replaced because if it drips only when you run water at another fixture (faucet) and doesn't drip if you have everything off then you have a strange faucet but its most likely caused by water hammer (sudden stop of water flow) and if you don't think its cause by that then it also could be from water pressure which when you turn on another faucet and the pressure drops a little and from the drop of pressure and it vibrates your seal in your faucet which could make it drip but very rare but possible.
If galvanized piping was uset to plum the house, it may have rusted shut, an easy fix would be to run a new line in copper or PEX from the water heater to the valve
it is run off of a different line from the main water supply. you may be able to trace it from the hot water tank and see where it branches off.
The inrush current is reduced. This is the reason for star delta starters. Motor starts on star and after about 10 to 15 seconds, depending on the load of the motor, it switches to a delta configuration to run.
Very simple. Run each faucet until there is no more air. This usually only takes a minute or two per faucet. Remember air is lighter than water and will quickly rise, thus exiting the faucet additionally the strong flow of water out of the faucet is a huge plus.
Remove the shower head on the shower and see if it is plugged. Run the water with the shower head off and see if the pressure is better. Depending on where you live there may be a water saving feature on the shower head (mandated by law) for water consevation. Low flow shower heads often have a restricter in them. Delta has a brass washer with a very tiny hole in it and Moen has a rubber plug with 3 small holes in it.
Using star delta method of wiring you can run high rated motor with out any high starting current. Star connection can provide 3 phase power as well as single phase load
