You are very cruel. You are going to end up hurting 2 people. Just remember that the "someone else" knows about your relationship and it must hurt her everytime you are with your partner. Why? If your partner finds out of your "someone else" she will be hurt more than you having the guts to tell her that you don't feel the same about her anymore. Your feelings has changed and you are sorry. Don't start making stupid excuses. The longer it takes for you to come clean the harder it will be and you will be consumed by guilt and feel like a real worm. Let your partner walks away with dignity and respect for you.
