Aslong as it is a gradual decrease in temperature (i.e. not taking a fish from 60 degree water and throwing it into 33 degree water) the fish can survive right up to freezing water. In an outdoor pond setting aslong as an area below the ice for swimming remains unfrozen, they can survive.
A goldfish aquarium's temperature should not exceed 75 degrees F. This is the highest temperature you can safely have your aquarium set at, unless of course you are raising the temperature to help treat an ailment such as Ich. Always remember, goldfish are coldwater fish- they will not thrive in the same conditions as those of which you'd house a tropical fish in (which is typically a tank temp set above 75 degrees F).
"Room temperature" is not actually a temperature. Goldfish are essentially coldwater fish. In order to maintain a constant cold temperature you would install a chiller, which is exceptionally expensive to buy and run so most Goldfish keepers don't bother with it unless they're taking it exceptionally seriously.
Goldfish will suffer at very warm temperatures. Their ideal tank temperature would be around 65-70F. They can tolerate up to 74-75F but warmer than that will cause them harm in the long term. In very warm temperatures their metabolism increases which means they make even more mess than usual and can suffer from stress related disorders. Even digestive disorders as they may be unable to digest food properly.
Remember, Goldfish do not belong in bowls!
Ideal temperature for goldfish is around 68°F. Don't let the water get over 75°F or below 55°F.
68-72 degrees Fahrenheit 20-22 degrees Celsius
I have read that some goldfish can live in water that is just above freezing. Although you should keep your gold fish in water that is at least room temp.
Warm to cold water. I don't know the exact temperature, but I guess the temperature you would comfortably wash your hands at.

plastic plants are not harmful to your goldfish aquarium.

Yes, goldfish can breed in the home aquarium.

No, but gravel can help decorate and brighten an aquarium.
It will not matter. The only difference will be is that your fish will get bigger in the aquarium.
the answer is nothing ok
they can't
In an aquarium, the water temperature should be between 72F and 75F. In a pond environment, Koi can live in that temperature range just fine.
The fish will be living alone in the aquarium. And that's ok.
A guppie is a tropical fish and should be kept in an aquarium with other tropical fish, a goldfish is kept in a bowl or tank in cold water - the 2 cannot be kept together because of the different in the temperature of the water
