Alice can see vampires clearly because she IS a vampire. She can see humans a little less clearly because she WAS one. Alice has no experience with hybrids, half-breeds, or werewolves/shape-shifters because she hasn't been around them that long and knows nothing about them. That's why she can't see the Quileute wolves or Renesmee.
