There is nothing wrong with Buddhism unless it does not appeal to your sense of spirituality. If this is the case then there are many other faiths in this world that might better suite you, but that doesn't mean this or any other faith is wrong as a whole, it is just wrong for you.
Buddhism is a peaceful faith that promotes a respect for all life, large or small, as well as self enlightenment.
