Parrot fish are a man made fish. They were developed under Scientifc/Laboratory conditions by fertilizing the ova of one species of American Cichlid with the sperm of another species of American Cichlid. It is unlikely they will ever be bred successfully. In much of the civilised world these fish are an illegal import. I would destroy one on sight.

So again I don't know if the parrot fish is toxic to humans but they most certainly grant wishes!
