That will depend on what the numbers you are converting initially represent. These rules would apply:If it minutes, then you would multiply it by 60.If it is hours then you would multiply it by 3600.If it is days, then you would multiply it by 86400If it is a 365 day year, then you would multiply it by 31536000.So if it was 7 minutes, then it would be 7 multiplied by 60, giving you 420. If it was 15 hours, it would be 15 multiplied by 3600 giving you 54000. If it is a mix of different things, then you'd multiply each part by the appropriate value and add them together. So if it was 15 hours and 7 minutes, you'd add the 54000 and the 420 to give you 54420.
That depends on the version of Excel. Up to Excel 2003 it would be A1:IV65536. From Excel 2007 onwards it would be A1:XFD1048576.
