They want them to stop siding with ceaser
The commoners, never wanting to miss a chance for a day off work and a party, are celebrating the defeat of the sons of Pompey by Caesar. The tribunes are angry because this is a civil war and those that died in it were Romans, and therefore no reason to celebrate.

It's their trademark gag, and they want to keep it fresh.
very little If you want the reader to feel like they're in the scene of your poem, then try describing the scene then maybe add a little dialogue. Make the character say his or her feelings and thoughts so that the reader is "in their minds" so that they could feel the same way (possibly).
Marking the moment can happen when a scene has been created, and the group decides it's a significant moment in the drama, and they want to show this in some way.
They want the commoners to not celebrate/rejoice the triumph of Caesar because they are just sucking up to him.

The conspirators in Julius Caesar want to drive out the commoners from the street because they plan on assassinating Caesar and they do not want the commoners to witness the murder. They believe that Caesar's popularity with the people could potentially turn them against the conspirators, so they aim to eliminate any potential risk by clearing the streets.

to cut scene hair, you may want to print a picture of scene hair that you want, or you can cut it yourself..this is what i do usually to get a more unique cut. a scene haircut must have layers and angles to it. You can also dye it, buy extensions..ect. ect.. Do anything you want to it to make your hair how to want it. To style scene hair: 1. straighten your hair. 2. comb out 3. tease top of hair 4. hairspray 5. add clips, bows, extensions..whatever you want. (: ** cut before-hand if needed (: try avoiding looking at pictures of scene kid hair, and watching scene hair tutorials, (get an idea of what scene hair is) but avoiding watching this will help u to be more unique and original..being original is what scene is! (: hope i helped <3
it depends on how long you want it to be.
