NICSTICK, the maker of an efficient electronic cigarette, is one of the most customer-oriented companies I've ever known. They care so much about customer satisfaction, its unbelievable. My brother emailed the company about how wonderful their products are, and they sent him a box of free Nicstick accessories. Is A good salesperson someone who can convince any customer to buy anything?

I think that a good customer service is more than someone who can convince anyone to by anything. I think that they have to have a knowledge in the area that they are selling, be very positive and knows how to read their customers. If you can build great rapport with your customer and show them that you are not just trying to sell any thing to make commission. If you can show them that this product will actually benefit them altogether, then you are a good sales person.
