This is not particularly difficult. Just think about what you would want if you were a customer.

There is NO direct opposite for the word shopkeeper. But if you think of a shopkeeper as a seller or business person selling wares, then the opposites would be a buyer or customer.
loads i think.. because if you can't see what you are buying nobody will want to buy them.

You should think deeply to reflect on all the important things to you and to refresh your thought on how you think about something.
NICSTICK, the maker of an efficient electronic cigarette, is one of the most customer-oriented companies I've ever known. They care so much about customer satisfaction, its unbelievable. My brother emailed the company about how wonderful their products are, and they sent him a box of free Nicstick accessories. It was a hundred-dollar value, and they didn't think twice about giving it to a loyal customer.
so you don't do something stupid.
When you find something you think is important to remember
all jobs are important because it is good to have something to think about....and also a satisfactory and peace to your mind
Without good customer service, no matter how good the product is, people wont enjoy going to Starbucks if the service isn't acceptable.
I think that a good customer service is more than someone who can convince anyone to by anything. I think that they have to have a knowledge in the area that they are selling, be very positive and knows how to read their customers. If you can build great rapport with your customer and show them that you are not just trying to sell any thing to make commission. If you can show them that this product will actually benefit them altogether, then you are a good sales person.
Usually in customer service there comes a time when you have to grant an exception to help satisfy the customer. Maybe you have something like that?
