I would do it for $1.50 per square foot. I would'nt be surprised to see a real talented carpenter charge $2.00 or more per square foot.

The more precise the math the better the quality of the carpentry! Any good carpenter is good at math . If the carpenter you know isn't good at math don't let him remodel your kitchen!
