peel bak the carpet in the he rear of the light assembly unit, there are two clips to be moved and the unit pops out. replace the bulb and reassemble

Reach under the truck bumper and you should feel the backside of the license plate light unit. Give it a small turn and pull the unit out. Then pull out the bulb and replace with the new bulb and return the unit back to original location.
You cannot replace the headlight bulb. You need to buy a new headlight unit.
it depends on the vehicle, on my motorcycle i have to remove the side and front plasics then remove the dash unit, then open the dash unit and replace the bulb, then put everything back.
if it is an LED unit you cant you have to change the assembly as a unit
The side marker on a 1996 Honda Civic is replace by lifting the hood and locating the light housing. Once found unplug the bulb. Remove the old bulb and insert the new unit.

its very easy open the hood and remove the carpet from the light there will be 2 bolts the whole light unit will come out and then replace the bulb .
Twist the bulb housing counter clockwise until you can pull it out. Remove the bulb. Take the replacement bulb out of it's packaging WITHOUT TOUCHING IT WITH YOUR FINGERS. Oils from your fingers will damage the unit. Replace by inserting the bulb and housing and twist clockwise.
