I am not sure what you mean but i will try to answer. English is an SVO (Subject, Verb, Object) language, like most other languages. Meaning the Subject is always at the beginning of the sentence. Questions in English are, unlike other Germanic languages, are still SVO, instead of changing to VSO. For example: Subject Verb Object / Question: Subject Verb Object I eat fish / Do I eat fish? you eat fish / Do you eat fish? here is what it is in Swedish and Finnish Subject Verb Object / Question: Verb Subject Object Jag äter fiske / Äter jag fiske? I do not think that the sentence is grammatically correct. The sentence seems ambiguous to me. Is the statement suggesting that "she has good command" of a group of people or animals? Or, is the statement suppose to imply that "she has command" of the English language?
