unless you file for conscieuncious objector (yeah cant spell) status you will go fight wherever the commander in chief tells you to. You might be able to argue something if you are citizen of that country but I doubt it. Yes, you do. Part of joining the army is being forced to do stuff you don't necessarily want to do.
