Bruce Wayne never technically died according to Final Crisis #7, so no. He was struck by the Omega Sanction ("the death that is life") by Darksied in Final Crisis #6, which in this case transported Bruce to the past. The whole concept doesn't make sense to me because DC has said the dead body left behind WAS Bruce Wayne's, but that's the best explanation to date I can provide. However, everyone in the DC universe thinks he's dead except for Tim Drake, his adopted son, the third Robin, and current Red Robin.
***The Omega Sanction doesn't send you into the past. It causes you to be trapped in an ongoing reincarnation cycle, being reborn over and over, forever being trapped in the cycle. Only one person as yet has escaped it, Mr. Miracle. Bruce's dead body was left behind, but he was reborn elsewhere. Being the escape artist he is, you know he will eventually escape... probably somewhere in the past as noted in Final Crisis #7.
