In the epilogue of Eclipse, Jacob and Leah are talking about Bella. Jacob is worried that Edward will kill Bella instead of changing her into a vampire. Jacob gets a weeding invitation from Edward. He gets really mad and runs away as a wolf. The other members of the pack are sad to see him go but Sam convinces them to leave Jacob alone.

Jacob starts running and chooses to keep running.
