Sir Galahad, Sir Pericval, Sir Bors andSirLancelot
Sir Galahad, son of Lancelot is knighted by him and then brought to Arthur's court. Sir Galahad is tested and based on superior results, he becomes a member of the Round Table. Witnessing the vision of the Holy Grail, he and Sir Percival set out on a quest to find it. Many years later, they find the holy object and on his way back to Camelot, Galahad has another holy vision, this time of Joseph of Arimathea. He experiences Rapture and is taken by angels into heaven. This is witnessed by both Sir. Percival and Sir Bors.

Sir Perceval and Lancelot both attempted to obtain the grail, but neither was successful. Sir Galahad ultimately succeeded in finding the Holy Grail, and was permitted to gaze upon it, but never actually brought it back to King Arthur's court.

That depends on who is telling the story. In the earliest versions of the story, it was Sir Perceval. Later romances made it Sir Galahad. At least one medieval German work has it be Sir Gawain.
