Boo Radley killed Bob Ewell. Jem was unconscious, and therefore could not have killed him, and Bob Ewell was pulled backwards as he was attacking Scout, he did not fall on the knife.

Mr. Robert (Bob) Ewell is the father of Mayella Violet Ewell. He beat his daughter after seeing her trying to kiss Tom Robinson (a young adult African - American).

Bob Ewell is a character from To Kill a Mockingbird, who accuses a black man (Tom Robinson) of abusing his daughter, after Ewell had done it himself. The Ewells are a poor family because any money that Bob makes he spends on whiskey. Later he attacks Scout because Atticus made him appear petty and ignorant, and he is angry at everyone involved in the case. When he attacks Scout, he is subdued by Boo Radley and is killed.

Bob Ewell is the white person who accuses Tom Robinson of raping his daughter, Mayella Ewell. He is a stupid and ignorant man, and the Ewells are the poorest family in all of Maycomb. They live behind the dump and Atticus calls them savages.

Bob Ewell is Mayella Ewell's father. He goes around threatening people when he doesn't get his way. He tried to rob the judge's house, spit on Atticus's face, and even tried to hurt/kill the children. So technically he's a really bad man.

It appears you may be referring to the character Bob Ewell from "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee, not a character named Nathan. Bob Ewell, in the story, is seeking revenge on Atticus Finch for exposing the truth in court. Bob tries to harm Atticus's children, Scout and Jem, by attacking them near a tree.
