In 1990, Tim Berners-Lee created the first world wide web software. He had written some hypertext-based stuff ten years earlier while working at CERN, the big nuclear physics lab on the in Switzerland on its French border. Berners-Lee went over to a computer firm, then returned to CERN where in 1989 he wrote a proposal that would combine hypertext with the internet. In 1990, he got some help from Robert Cailliau and put together a revision that found acceptance. On the 6th of August, 1991, CERN went online using Berners-Lee's software. Wikipedia has a nice summary of the work of this interesting man. You'll find a link to that article just below this answer. Why not surf on over and check out this pioneer in computer connectivity.

The first web browser was the WorldWideWeb, developed by Tim Berners-Lee.
The first web browser, Worldwide Web, was written by Tim Berners-Lee in 1990. He used an NeXT Computer to write it. Berners-Lee is a computer scientist who lives in Britain.
Tim Berners Lee was the first to use WWW or World Wide Web. while working at CERN. He did this on the Next type computer models.
Tim berners-lee In 1989 he invented the World Wide Web
Sir Tim Berners Lee invented World Wide Web He then set up first website 1991, made it available to all in 1993
To create software, one really doesn't need to be online. A person should first be familiar with coding language and know what kind of program they want to create.
