French Guiana - French
The nations of Suriname (Dutch Guiana) and Guyana (British Guiana) have large Spanish-speaking populations. French Guiana is an overseas department, therefore considered part of France.

∙ 15y agoThere are four South American countries where the official language isn't Spanish. In the former Portuguese colony of Brazil, the official language is Portuguese. In the former British colony of The Co-operative Republic of Guyana, the official language is English. In the former French colony of French Guiana, the official language is French. And in the former Dutch colony of Suriname, the official language is Dutch.
