The link at the bottom of this page will take you to a map showing states that have reciprocity with Florida. Please note that SOME states will only honor a RESIDENT permit. ALL states (by Federal law) permit carry by law enforcement officers of cities, counties, and states, and retired law enforcement officers that are licensed as such.

There are additional restrictions/ prohibitions against concealed carry in certain places- schools, post offices, Federal facilities, places that serve alcohol, etc.

I'm assuming you mean if you carry a weapon does it have to be concealed. It depends on where you are. However, many states do require the weapon to be concealed. Check handgunlaw.us for more information.

In West Virginia you can not carry a concealed weapon anywhere without a permit. Also, If you do not have a permit, you cannot carry a weapon openly anywhere at night, witch is considered concealed. Please check with local law enforcements first! The information I provided is with a little research and is just given as an idea on what the law could be!

What do you want to know about the concealed carry law in PA? You can carry a concealed weapon only if you have a permit issued from the county you live in. Also, other states reciprocate with PA in carrying a concealed weapon. I don't know all of the states, but there are quite a few. If you have any other questions about carrying in PA, e-mail me at GunMan760@aol.com, and I will find out what I can.
