Cytokinesis is the division of one cell into two. Plants produce a new cell wall through biogenesis. In telophase vessels(phragmoplast microtubules) containing cell wall material gather in the middle of the parent cell, they fuse together forming the cell plate. As the plate grows Hemicellulose and pectin are synthesized in the Golgi by the enzyme glycosyl transferases and are the materials, along with cellulose that make up the cell wall. This plate grows as more vessels fuse to the plate until it fuses with the parent cell wall. It will grow a little bit more until contact with the outer plasma membrane, essentially separating the two cells, that separation is called cytokinesis, its biogenesis that forms the cell wall as I explained above. Hope this helps. --Yubel--
The plant cell is the type of cell does a cell wall develop during cytokinesis.
In plant cell, cell plate is formed during cytokinesis.
Cytokinesis occurs during and after the formation of a contractile ring around a dividing Cell.
Cell Plate

Cytokinesis in plants is achieved by the formation of a cell plate which slowly divides the cell in half. This eventually thickens to become a new cell wall.
In plant cell, cell plate is formed during cytokinesis.
Plant cells form a cell plate between the two new nuclei during cytokinesis. The cell plate form the cell walls for the two new plant cells. The cell plate formation takes place in plant cells during cytokinesis from the material received from Golgi bodies.
a cell plate
A cell plate forms during the process called cytokinesis. "Cyto" is a Greek word which means cell and "kinesis" which means movement or motion.
Cytokinesis occurs during and after the formation of a contractile ring around a dividing Cell.
Cleavage Furrow
During plant cell cytokinesis, a cell plate is formed, beginning the division of the cell wall and cytoplasm. During animal cell cytokinesis, the cleavage furrow is formed, which is a pinching in of the cell membrane, which begins the division of the cells cytoplasm and cellular membrane.

The cell plate.
Cytokinesis in plant cells is quite different from cytokinesis in animal cells. There is no cleavage furrow in plant cell division. Instead, vesicles produced by the Gogli apparatus line up at the center of the plant cell during telophase. These vesicles, containing phospholipids, fuse together and create a cell plate. The cell plate continues to elongate and fuses with the wall of the parent cell. At the end of cytokinesis in plants, the products are two new daughter cells, each with a nucleus and cell wall.
