The Bible is considered to be God's word to us. In essence, God uses the entire Bible to speak to us about right and wrong, His character, relationships, financial matters, etc. It is also important to note that if it is true that God is all powerful and can thus do anything, He is capable of using anything to speak to us.
There are a couple of passages where God speaks directly, for example when Jesus is baptized, when He speaks to Moses through a burning bush, when He gave Moses the ten commandments and the Old Testament Laws, the dialogue He wrote on the wall with His own hand, etc.
Also if you consider Jesus to be God, then you could consider all of His words to be God's words as well.
