They are quieter, they don't eat as much, they are far cleaner.
Dogs will mean you take more exercise as they need to be walked but cats do not. Dogs appear to listen to your every word whereas cats often ignore people.
of course dogs are smarter than cats in hundreds of ways. one of the ways is that dogs are trained for jobs such as walking around blind people, looking for people after a building collapses.ext...also dogs have way better social skills than cats what do cats do lay around thinking there the queen dogs are obedient cats aren't.+you teach dogs tricks not cats.but i must admit there are some downsides to dogs like always taking a dump in your lawn stuff like that drives me crazy.but cats shed alot more also making them harder to live with.not to be mean too people who like cats but i would be suprised if a cat was smarter than a rock...
1. Cats don't drool like dogs do (YUCK!)2. Cats dig up their business, unlike dogs (you have to pick up their business for dogs)3. Cats are way cuter (my opinion)4. Cats are not as wild as dogs5. Have you ever noticed that there are more dogs than cats lost in the USA?6. More cat owners than dog owners in world (about 90% cats and 70% dogs)7. Cats are faster then dogs8. Cats always land on their feet when they fall backwards (that's why it is said that they have "9 lives"9. some cats don't need to be kept on a leash when you walk them (like my cat)10. Cats are also smarter than dogsP.S. If you read all the bold words, it is a faster way to read all of this = )
they are alike because they are both pets and they are different by cats being able to jump on high things and cats are always outside dogs don't' do that and cats go in a liter box. plus dogs are better. cats runaway just like dogs but some dogs bite and don't runaway
While dogs are smarter than cats in many ways, cats also have their smart points too. Dogs are smart at working in groups, but cats are smart in working as an individual. Dogs also tend to be easier to train with tricks, but cats are also less picky, and are smart enough to be outside on the street alone. There is no proper judgment of the smartness of dogs and cats contrasted.
This is in all ways a matter of opinion and both animals have strong points going for them. Dogs are generally easier to play with and are more useful, particularly in roles of security or search and rescue. Dogs can also be trained in ways cats cannot. Cats are easier to take care of, and generally are more independent.. Cats do not serve any useful purpose and are not trainable in the way dogs are. Cats are cleaner than dogs in almost all ways. Dogs dont slobber every where and dont clean themselves with spit. but in all i like them both.
There are many people that like both cats and dogs. I donÕt think one side really out ways the other. People who are mellow and like to be home tend to enjoy cats more, whereas people who like to hike and run may enjoy dogs more.
Cats and lions are most closely related. The taxonomical similarities between cats and dogs end at the family which is Carnivora for both. After that, they go their separate ways.
Dogs and cats are a like in many ways. Both cat and dog covering up there messes, clicking to their owners and smartness.
maybe to annoy people and play with cats and dogs
No, unless we are speaking in evolutionarily historical terms. Both domestic cats (Felis catus), and species of foxes (in the family Canidae) are in the Mammalian order Carnivora. They are in different suborders and families, so while they no doubt share some percentage of their genome, there is no useful relationship to speak of beyond the evolutionary context.
it is your opinion to which one you like better. They are both better in their own ways and it is up to you to decide.
of course! dogs and cats are verryyy different but similar in some ways!! compare- they both have four legs, a tail, orr contrast- cats are feline and dogs are canine!! perfect for an essay! :))) have fun writing it... haha!
