In what ways are the teachings of the Muslim similar to those of Christians and Jews?

they also belive in the prophets ( May Allah rest them in peace) who preceeded their prophet as Muslims have faith in both Prophet Jesus ( of Christianity) and Prophet Moses ( of judism).

God of The Bible revealed Himself as one God in a plural form even from the first verse of the Bible (Genesis 1:1 - the usage of Elohim) and later revealed as the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. This concept of God is not found in Quran. God of the Bible directly talked to the prophets of the Old Testament but God never spoke to Mohammed the prophet of Islam (Gen 8:15 God spoke to Noah, Gen 24:7 God spoke to Abraham, Gen 31:11 God spoke to Jacob, Exo 6:2 God spoke to Moses, 1Sam 3:17 God spoke to Samuel, 2Sam 23:3 God spoke to David, etc...God did not speak to Mohammed).
Biblical prophets was not influenced by Satan but Mohammed had many instances of satanic revelations (Sura 22:52).
Mohammed denied that Jesus is the Son of God and the Bible teaches that those who deny the Son is antichrist (1Jn 2:22) and have no God (1Jn 4:15).

∙ 7y agoIn reality, there actually is no similarity to best describe the Judeo-Christian beliefs of God to the Muslim Islamic belief.
Judaism and Christianity have the Old Testament in common. Islam believes both OT and NT have been partially corrupted in transmission while the Koran is believed by Muslims to be the final and infallible revelation of God's will.
Though Muslims believe in God which they call Allah, Islam teaches that Allah is all-powerful, sovereign and 'unknowable' while Judaism and Christianity both teach the Creator God to be revealed as merciful, compassionate and knowable (see Jeremiah 9:24 and John 17:3).
The Christian text teaches the God of the Old Testament was the Word and it was He who Abraham and the other patriarchs and prophets worshiped. Islam teaches the Word, aka Jesus 'as one of perhaps 124,000 messengers of prophets Allah has sent and is one of the 25 listed in the Koran - but He is not the redeemer' (Marvin Olasky, "Islam vs. Liberty," World, Sept 10, 2011).
All in all, there are more differences and conflicts between the Judeo-Christian texts and the Muslim text, as well as the Koranic conflicts with secular history.
