Unfortunately, there are no serial number records in the public domain- since that company went out of business one hundred fifteen years ago. The name changed from Forehand and Wadsworth to Forehand in 1890, and they sold the business to Hopkins and Allen in 1902. Please note that guns of that time period were meant for black powder cartridges. Shooting them with modern higher powered smokeless cartridges is generally not a good idea.
