Every state! But, I have been to Pennsylvania a couple of times before, and every time I'm there I see the sun rise; it's beautiful.
Also, I heard that out west in Colorado and Wyoming you can see it too.
You would have to be on the country side of all of these states to see it rise over the horizon.
Also, I'm from Germany; so Pennsylvania is great for me because alot of people speak German, Dutch, or some kind of Scandinavian language; so I can understand what they say most of the time.
