Well if you continue to drive it with a defective master cylinder, your brakes will eventually fail, and you can end up having a wreck and possibly killing yourself or someone else. Is that enough damage for you? Replace the master cylinder and don't be an idiot.
To post a manual or excerpt from a manual in this area would constitute a violation of copyright law. Instead of repairing it, why not just replace both the master and slave so the truck is fixed?
Bleeding brakes is one of the most frequent problems here. Some master cylinders need to be level on the vehicle to bleed. If it is reasonably level then bleed the brakes this way. Get a piece of hose that will just fit over the bleeder screw. One end over the screw and the other end in a container with enough brake fluid in it to cover the end of the hose. Starting with the back passenger wheel, slowly pump the brake. Run almost a full master of fluid through, stop before the master goes dry. Drivers back, front passenger, front drivers. Doing it this way makes it impossible for air to get back into the system.

Ho do you replace a master cylinder in a 1989 Winnebago Superchief?
If You Replaced the master cylinder Did you Bleed it as well? if not you need to bleed it first. then bleed the brakes start with the passenger side rear, then driver side rear, then passenger side front, then finally the driver side front.
This is kinda a complicated question to be asked here but I will do my best to answer it for you. First you will have to remove the original, One nut on either side of the master cylinder should take care of that, you will also have to remove the lines and any plugs coming from the unit. I suggest you do this first as it makes it easier if the Master Cylinder isn't moving around. Once you get the old one off you will have to "bench bleed" the new one. There should be instructions in the box for that procedure. Once that is done you will put the new one on the same way you took the old one off, and bleed the the master cylinder again by having a helper push the pedal down and hold it while the line is loose, but not removed, once you tighten the line he/she can let off the pedal, repeat till NO air is seen in the fluid, Then you will want to bleed the brakes at each wheel starting with the passenger rear first, then Driver rear, Passenger front, driver front, in that order. Hope this helps.
